My sister is adrug addict. She has not job, no money, no insurance and I can’t afford to sink one penny into this. Does anyone know where I can even start to get help for her in Houston?

I want to work in the city b/c I am a hairdresser and my fiance has a job in Texas city. We are a young, black, professional couple seeking a safe area (low insurance-lol) and preferably really close to freeways and shopping, and things to do. Definitely not in NO MANS LAND!
We want to party in the city, and we have friends that live in West Houston. What areas would be our best bets as far as surroundings and making the best of the commute (lightest traffic)?

I live on Long Island in Suffolk County, NY. I will be moving to Texas for a Teaching job. I have the choice of three areas Houston, Dallas, or San Antonio and am unsure which area to choose. I’m 14 year old girl, and am looking for a job with horses (like a stable hand or exercising horses). I have had 3 years of experience riding and looking after horses, and I ride mostly english though I know how to ride western as well. I’m new to the area, and the stables I have checked don’t have anything available. This probably isn’t the best place for a job search, but I’m giving it a try, since it just might work.
